Hi, I'm Kameron. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1992 at the age of four. My youngest daughter, Kaislyn, was diagnosed in 2022, just before she turned four herself.

I'm uninsured and manage the old-school way — fingersticks and injections — while she uses modern tools like pumps and CGMs. Seeing the contrast between what I grew up with and what she has now is what drives me.

It's not an easy condition; it demands focus every single day. But that challenge is exactly why I built this site — to help families understand diabetes clearly, create affordable tools that make life easier, and use AI to push progress toward a real cure. Because every family deserves hope, and every child deserves a future free from this disease.
